In alcuni casi e solo per alcune categorie di aziende, il datore di lavoro pu\u00f2 svolgere direttamente i compiti propri del RSPP fissati nell\u2019articolo 33 del D. Lgs. n. 81\/2008. Secondo l\u2019articolo 31 comma 6 del D. Lgs. n. 81\/2008 \u00e8 invece obbligatorio il servizio di prevenzione e protezione RSPP interno nelle aziende industriali con oltre 200 lavoratori. \t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial__footer\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"swiper-slide\" role=\"group\" aria-roledescription=\"slide\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial__content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial__text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tIn tutti gli altri casi, e nella maggioranza di essi, il datore di lavoro pu\u00f2 delegare compiti e responsabilit\u00e0 ad un RSPP esterno. La nomina dell\u2019RSPP \u00e8 uno degli obblighi non delegabili del datore di lavoro (Art.17 D.Lgs. 81\/08), cos\u00ec come la formazione e l\u2019aggiornamento. Vista la complessit\u00e0 e l\u2019importanza dei compiti del RSPP ed il fatto che l\u2019RSPP pu\u00f2 essere anche un consulente esterno, XFIRE fornisce un servizio ad hoc con assegnazione di un RSPP dedicato.\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
